Terms of Service

WndrPlan is operated by United Pyramids Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202346730K), a company incorporated in Singapore ("WndrPlan", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of wndrplan.com and any WndrPlan mobile applications (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

WndrPlan generates personalised packing lists and travel preparation content based on the information you provide. This includes weather outlooks, visa and health pointers, day plans and recommendations.

2.1 AI-generated content

Much of the Service's output is produced by artificial-intelligence models. AI content can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. It is provided for general planning convenience only and is not legal, immigration, medical, safety or financial advice. You must verify visa, entry, health and safety requirements with the relevant embassy, government authority or qualified professional before travelling. We are not responsible for travel outcomes, denied boarding or entry, missed flights, or losses arising from reliance on Service content.

2.2 Third-party and affiliate links

The Service contains links to third-party sites (for example booking, activities, eSIM and insurance partners). Some are affiliate links: if you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate links are part of how the free plan is funded, so they appear throughout the Service and are not optional. We record which affiliate links you follow, as set out in section 7 of our Privacy Policy. We disclose the affiliate relationship within the Service. Third-party sites have their own terms; we are not a party to your purchase from them and do not provide, guarantee or accept liability for their products.

2.3 Place data

City and place suggestions in the Service use data from GeoNames, licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0. We have selected and reformatted this data for our own use. GeoNames does not endorse WndrPlan.

You must be at least 13 to create an account, or at least 16 if you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must accept these Terms on your behalf. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information. One free account per person.

4.1 Plans: WndrPlan Free offers one active trip at a time with affiliate-supported features. WndrPlan Premium is a paid subscription (monthly or annual) with higher trip limits and allowances, priority email support, and early access to new features as we release them. WndrPlan Concierge covers business plans for organisations. It is available by arrangement rather than as an online purchase, so contact us at hello@wndrplan.com. Current prices are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Fair use limits apply to every plan and are set out in section 4.4.

4.2 Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Billing section of your account page. Your Premium access continues to the end of the paid period, and your account then returns to the free plan. Price changes take effect at your next renewal, with at least 14 days' notice by email.

4.3 Refunds: If you are a new Premium subscriber you may cancel within 14 days of your first purchase for a full refund (the "cooling-off period"). After the cooling-off period, payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

4.4 Fair use and plan limits: Each plan includes a set number of trips. Limits apply to how many trips you can keep active, how many you can keep in Past trips, and how many new trips you can create in any 30 day period. The limits for each plan are shown on our pricing page. We will tell you inside the Service when you reach a limit, and we will tell you before it affects any work you have already done.

4.5 Trips are kept, not deleted: Finishing a trip moves it to Past trips. It stays in your account and it still counts towards your plan limits. Individual trips cannot be removed. If you want your trips removed entirely, you can close your account by writing to hello@wndrplan.com. What we delete, and the records we must keep, are set out in section 10 of our Privacy Policy.

4.6 Technical limits: We may apply reasonable technical limits to keep the Service working for everyone. These include limits on how often plans can be generated, and on the total processing a single account can use in a month. These limits are set well above normal personal use. If your account reaches one, we will contact you before we restrict it, unless the activity appears to be automated or deliberate.

4.7 Changes to limits: We may change these limits. The limits that apply to you are always the ones shown on our pricing page at the time.

You agree not to: misuse, probe or disrupt the Service; scrape or bulk-extract content; reverse-engineer the software; use the Service or its output to train, fine-tune, benchmark or evaluate any machine learning model; access the Service by automated means, including bots, scrapers or scripts, except with our written permission; resell Service output as your own product; use the Service to generate unlawful content; circumvent plan limits, including by creating multiple accounts; or infringe others' rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.

You retain rights to the information you enter (trip details, profile, custom items). You grant us a licence to process it to operate and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. The Service itself, including software, brand, design, prompts and generated-content arrangements, is owned by United Pyramids Pte. Ltd. or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own or your organisation's travel planning.

Our collection and use of personal data is described in the WndrPlan Privacy Policy, which complies with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.

We may add, change or remove features, and may suspend the Service for maintenance. We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted operation, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that: we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or travel-related losses such as missed flights, denied entry or cancelled bookings; our total aggregate liability to you for all claims in any 12-month period is capped at the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the first claim, or S$50 if you have paid nothing; and you indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of Section 5.

You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from the Billing section of your account page. Your account then returns to the free plan. To close your account, write to hello@wndrplan.com. We will delete your account and your personal data as described in section 10 of our Privacy Policy, which also sets out the limited records we must keep to meet legal, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, with notice where practicable. Sections 6, 9, 11 and 12 survive termination.

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will give at least 14 days' notice by email or in-app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance; if you do not agree, stop using the Service and cancel any subscription before renewal.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. Before filing any claim, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting hello@wndrplan.com and allowing 30 days for response.

If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, with the Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms, are the entire agreement. We may assign these Terms as part of a corporate reorganisation or sale; you may not assign them. No waiver is implied by delay in enforcement.
